Franks join Fred and Heroes to create a Cork supergroup

THE next event in the series of the hugely successful Murphy's Little Big Nights Out series of events is set to bring together a trio of Cork's top rock acts for a gig unlike anything music fans have seen before.
The Vox Swap will feature The Frank and Walters, Fred and Slow Motion Heroes in a one-off 'mash-up' at the Cork Cricket Club along the Mardyke from 6pm next Saturday evening. .
The clubhouse will be transformed into a spectacular rock'n'roll club for one night with lead singers, guitarists and drummers of the three bands merging to form new Cork 'super-groups'.
The bands will then go headto-head in a battle of tunes and riffs, with the lucky audience members voting to decide the winners. The night will feature all of the bands' best known hits as you have never heard them before, with plenty of onstage banter and craic thrown in for good measure.
