Coffee morning in aid of Marymount Hospice

COFFEE MORNING: On this Sunday November 27 the Annual Coffee Morning in aid of Marymount Hospice will take place in the Kilcorney Social Centre commencing at 11am until 3pm.

Since its inception a number of years ago the major driving force behind this coffee morning has been the late Hannah Mary O Riordan who passed away earlier this year in Marymount Hospice. Hannah Mary always wanted to help Marymount anyway she could and this Sunday's coffee morning is dedicated to her memory.

It is hoped to raise as much money as possible for this worthy cause as it touches the hearts and minds of so many people. Please come along on the day to support this worthy cause and remember the life of someone who contributed so much to Kilcorney over a number of years.

DON'T MISS DROMTARIFFE PARISH BAZAAR SUNDAY NOVEMBER 27: Dromtariffe Parish Bazaar will be held on Sunday next November 27 in the parish hall at 2p.m.

The bazaar is in aid of Dromtariffe GAA, Juvenile, Ladies and Junior club. everybody welcome to come along and support this event.

Fantastic prizes to be won throughout the afternoon. donations may be dropped into the parish hall Sunday morning from 10am.

A meeting will be held to finalise the arrangements for bazaar on Thursday night November 24 could all usual helpers please attend.

CONGRATULATIONS: Dromtariffe Ladies Football Club would like to congratulate Joanne O'riordan on her recent Garda award. Joanne won this award for her positive attitude and outlook on life. Joanne's older sister Gillian is a member of the ladies junior panel. She is an avid supporter of this team. All club players, members and management are proud of such a fantastic achievement.

KILCORNEY SOCIAL CLUB: Kilcorney Social Club have re-commenced for the winter season on Tuesday nights at 8pm in the Kilcorney Social Club. Please come along for a cup of tea, a chat and a friendly game of cards.

DROMTARIFFE I.C.A.: Dromtariffe ICA will hold a talk in Dromtariffe Parish Hall on Tuesday November 29 at 8.30pm. A member of the Samaritans will attend. Everybody welcome.

DROMTARIFFE JUVENILLE SOCIAL: Dromtariffe Juvenille G.A.A. will hold their Annual Social in the Wallis Arms on Friday November 25 at 8pm. The past season has been very successful with the u-14 double winners being among the highlight. tickets are available from Derrinagree Post Office and Rathcoole Post Office. Booking is advisable as numbers will be limited.
