GAA President to launch book on club's history
HISTORY LAUNCH: The history launch of Ballyhea GAA from 19852009 inclusive will take place at the Corbett Court on Saturday March 27. Christy Cooney President of the GAA will perform the launch. More details later. GAA LOTTO DRAW: The GAA Lotto Draw was held at the Bridge Bar. No's drawn were 7, 24, 36. GAA NEWS: The 2010 Premier Intermediate League commences on Sunday March 14 when Ballyhea will have an away game against bogey team Ballymartle.
Strenuous training sessions have already taken place to date under manager Neil Ronan Snr so Ballyhea have high hopes of doing well in the league in preparation for the championship which is fixed for Mallow on June 5.
REMINDER: Players must take note that it is a mandatory GAA rule that a player who plays for a club at any grade must be a registered member of the club and it is also compulsory that all players in any grade must wear helmets whether in training or match games.
If a player does not wear a helmet and suffers an injury he is not covered under the GAA Insurance Scheme.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: The deadline for Club Membership for the year 2010 is March 31. Adult Membership is €20, Juvenile & O.A.P.'s €10. Application forms are available from Bernadette Moloney Secretary Ballyhea GAA, Castleharrisson, Ballyhea, Charleville, Co. Cork. SUMMER CAMPS: The Summer Camp dates for 2010 have been confirmed. It will take place from July 5-9 inclusive. More details will be given out closer to the time.
