A BEAUTICIAN who works in Mallow qualified with her boyfirend as one of five couples who took part in last week's Ireland AM TV3/ Radisson Hotel competition final which netted for the winning couple a Raddisson Hotel wedding reception and honeymoon in Croatia to the value of 10,000. Laura Relihan from Castletownroche, who works at Blush Beauty Salon at Shortcastle, appeared live on the TV3 morning show on Wednesday with her boyfriend, Shane Hickey from Castlelyons. The couple were interviewed about their life and hopes and dreams for the future. Laura gave birth to a baby boy, Ronan, three months ago and the couple plan to marry this year. After their interview a telephone vote was the final deciding factor on who took the magnificent prize. Luara and Shane did not win the competition but they say the experince was all worth while. We wish them well.
