Pupils come to aid of the needy
Millstreet Community School stucents who took part in the St Vinncent de Paul's Christmas appeal.
STUDENTS at Millstreet Community School responded with enthusiasm to the local SVP chapter's Christmas appeal. Local SVP members Sheila Sherlock and Siobhan Buckley invited the students to collect 'goodies' which would be added to household donations and the students, together with their teacher Siobhan Doyle, donated tins of sweets and biscuits to sweeten the contributions to 45 local households.
Those taking part included Cathriona Kelleher, Ellie Dinneen, Jason O'sullivan, Conor Twomey, Rachel O'brien, Bridelle Cronin, Danny Buckley, Donagh Murphy, Leighanne Daly, Kevin Linehan, Donal Linehan, Adrian Sheahan and teacher Ms. Doyle.
