AT Lisgoold on Sunday last Colman Sweeney from Castlelyons made a triumphant return to the saddle when he won the 5-year old geldings maiden by five lengths from Shinrock Beat for his father Roger.
Dromtariffe rider Damian Murphy excelled on Baidin Feilini in winning the 5/6 mares maiden by half a length for Doneraile trainer Paddy Cronin.
Bandon trainer James Dullea continues his form and was on the mark with King Massini under jockey Declan Queally, which won the 6-year old gelding maiden by two lengths.
Meanwhile, Conna jockey Pat Mangan won the featured € 30,000 Listed Chase at Tramore on Sunday, on Tranquil Sea, for Thurles trainer Eddie O'grady.
Travelling and jumping well, he ascerted with two to race and showed his class to win easily.
