Five goal Araglin secure final berth
ARAGLIN progressed to meet Harbour Rovers in the first of the Shreelawn Oil JAHC semifinals when at Ballyhooly on Saturday evening last goals in either half helped them see off the challenge from Ballyclough. The opening stages saw both sides quick off the mark with Kevin Fitzgerald getting proceedings under way when he pointed in the second minute.

WHILE they deserved better than to finish seven points in arrears, Cork could hardly quibble about the outcome of the All-Ireland intermediate hurling final at Thurles last Saturday night. Late goals see Churchtown through
Churchtown 3-5 Ballyhooly 0-11 CHURCHTOWN are through to meet Charleville in this week end's semi-final Hibernian Hotel Premier JHC following their close win over Ballyhooly at Killavullen on Sunday. Ballyhooly held a three point lead entering the closing minutes but a great fightback by Churchtown who scored two vital goals by Kieran Curtin decided the issue.
Rovers secure final berth
DONERAILE who fielded the bulk of their County JBHC winning side lost out to Harbour Rovers in the Under 21 B HC semi-final at Castletownroche on Sunday evening. It was high scoring game with Harbour Rovers in great form They had some outstanding players in Emmet Sheehan, Martin Roche, Alex Sheehan and Aidan Condon. Aidan Condon and Garry Sweeney exchanged an early goal that had Rovers 1-5 to 1-1 clear after 15 minutes.
Most exciting weekend of the season as big guns face-off
THE most exciting period of the Muskerry GAA playing scene is at hand as the coming weekend will see the contenders for ultimate victory in the divisions premier championships being further reduced. On Saturday the first finalists for the Quish's Junior Hurling Championship will be known while on Sunday evening Ballincollig who qualified for the Ross Oil Junior Football Championship final last week will know their opponents in same.
